Course Contents:
This course gives health and social care professionals the knowledge on how to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace enabling them to deliver respectful, person-centred care. This course covers recognising and preventing discrimination, understanding your legal responsibilitie. (including the new protections from sexual harassment) it ensures learners are aware of inclusive practices that respect all individual’s rights, values and beliefs.

ensuring compliance with equality and anti-discrimination requirements.
